Welsh Assembly Government staff love their cars

This week Ceredigion councillors accused the Welsh Assembly Government of breaking its own transport plan because staff from the new WAG building were regularly parking on double yellow lines. The story is covered in the Cambrian News (longer version in the print issue).

Councillor Paul James
"accused WAG of double standards in trying to achieve a sustainable transport certificate while ignoring its own travel plan submitted as part of the planning application for the office."
A valid point. Should the Assembly still get a green award for sustainable transport when it seems that their staff are still addicted to car culture? See the Cambrian News for the story.
